3. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• The Cigars: Because premium cigars require strict climate and humidity control to protect their quality, all tobacco sales are final. Once our cigars leave our controlled environment, we cannot accept returns unless the shipment arrives physically damaged (in which case, please provide photographic evidence immediately upon delivery).
• The Accessories & Swag: If an accessory or non-tobacco item does not meet your expectations, unused items in their original, pristine packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by us.
